Freshen Up a Sickroom

Karen Pecota
24/7 MOMS Writer

Freshen Up a Sickroom – “Dip a cotton ball into eucalyptus oil (available at health food stores), put it on a little dish and place it on a surface (not near an open window or a draft) in the room where someone is recovering. Eucalyptus oil is said to generate ozone. It’s also a strong antiseptic. The oil has a powerful scent, so before you do this, be sure the sick person agrees to having it there.”
