Easy Elegant Thanksgiving Appetizers

What you need:
1 French baguette
1/2 cup melted butter
Salt and pepper
1 cup blue cheese crumbles
1 cup sundried cranberries or cherries
1 cup toasted walnuts (coarsely chopped)
Heat oven to 350'. Place walnuts on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Let cool. Slice baguette 1/2 inch slices. Place on baking sheet and brush butter on tops of them. Sprinkle with little bit of salt and pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Take out and let it completely cool. Combine in bowl... Blue cheese, cranberries or cherries and the toasted walnuts. Mix and spoon onto the baked baguette. Serve at room temperature.

What you need:
1 (12oz) bag of fresh or frozen cranberries
1 apple, chopped
1 1/4 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of water
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 block of cream cheese (room temp)
In a saucepan combine all ingredients except the cream cheese. Bring to boil stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Cool completely. Poor over cream cheese and serve with crackers. You can make this ahead of time and keep in fridge.

What you need:
Asparagus spears
Prosciutto (thinly sliced)
Just wrap a slice of prosciutto around the asparagus. No dip needed and these are yummy!

What you need:
1 Frozen bag of meatballs
1 jar of Chili Sauce
1 jar of Grape Jelly
Place all in Crockpot. Now that is easy! Your guest will love these. Double the recipe if there is going to be more then 10 people.

What you need:
1/2 lb of bacon cooked and finely chopped
1/4 cup mayo
3 oz of cream cheese softened
1/4 cup green onion finely chopped
1 teaspoon parsley (dry) or 1 tablespoon of fresh
2 dozen cherry tomatoes
Rinse the tomatoes. Cut a thin slice off of the bottom so they stand up with out rolling around. Cut off other end (on which you will fill these). In a bowl mix together everything. Place in large zip lock bag. Snip off corner of it and fill into the cherry tomatoes. You can decorate the top with a slice of green onion or sprinkle of paprika.

What you need:
This you can pretty much put what you want. Here are some ideas...
Marinated; Mushrooms, Baby Corn, Peppers, Olives, Asparagus, etc...
Meats; Salami, Pepperoni, Diced Ham
Cheese; Mozzarella, Cheddar, Swiss, etc...
Bread sticks or Baguette
Cheese and Meats can be cubed or thinly sliced and rolled. You can't go wrong with this. There is usually something for everyone on this platter.
