Free Samples:
Walmart offers great, apparently spam-free samples. Samples are shipped within a short time, in bright blue packages. Check back often, as samples change:
If you’re a Sams Club or Costco Member, they also offer periodic freebies at their websites.
Free Points, go “My Points”
MyPoints.com offers you points (for gc’s and more) for visiting sites in response to daily email invitations, shopping, and for us frugal types – points for printing out coupons from Coupons.com. You’ll get several emails, and I usually don’t respond to daily emails – but I do rack up points slowly by starting at Mypoints.com to print out Coupons at Coupons.com. Some retailers that are not featured at other “shopping reward sites” are partners here, so you can earn points if you choose to begin your shopping at Mypoints.com. Sites such as Ebates, however would be a more profitable option.
Rebates, “Free Money” for Shopping Online:
Begin at Ebates.com if you’re shopping from one of their featured retailers. You’ll know right away what percentage you’ll receive as a rebate in your PayPal.com account. You can often “stack” coupon codes for free shipping (found at RetailMeNot.com or others) – and get your rebate.
Free Parties and Products, HouseParty.com:
Sign up to receive invitations to apply for a “House Party”. If chosen, you’ll be sent the product your party is promoting, and lots of other extras too. All the invite tools and party planning tools are included.
Free Magazines, Trade Publications:
Both of these websites offer professionals the opportunity to receive free trade publications. You can register with them, and indicate your interests. Some of the magazines I’ve received are “Psychology Today”, website magazines and others. Spam possible here, so use an alternate email. When you qualify for a publication, note in your files the source, date and title of the publication. Doing this will save you the wonder later when you begin receiving renewal notices.
Menuplanning, get-organized articles and more:
Menus4Moms.com is a subscription service site where your menus can be planned, right down to the nutritional data and shopping list. For free though, you can read several great articles on all things food and home organization. Free, printable menu planning and home organizing tools are available.
Almost Free:
BestDealMagazines.com offers you a daily “special”, which can get you an awesome deal on many popular publications. Most magazines are less than $8 for a year’s subscription. Register with them and you’ll receive the weekly specials and super coupon codes via email. Do keep good records of these, and note on your calendar when you should be receiving them.
Super Gifts, Great Prices at VistaPrint.com:
For Christmas, we created a custom spiral bound notebook for our daughter, complete with her name and cute little animals on the cover. She loved it! Business cards here are very affordable. Cards make great invitations to MOPS/Playdates – and a set for yourself to hand out when you meet someone makes getting in touch much easier. VistaPrint.com has frequent sales on photo gifts, t-shirts, window clings and more – it’s addictive once you see how fun making your own statement can be – for nearly free!
