I love to add fresh squeezed lemon juice and some grated lemon rind to my homemade cheesecake that I make with Philadephia cream cheese. Everyone loves the lemony taste!
We have a Meyer Lemon tree in our back yard. I use the lemons a lot. The tree is huge and we get so many lemons off it we end up giving away a whole bunch of them. I love making lemonade and pies with them. I love all these ideas for other things to do with them, especially using them in a bath. Thanks for the great ideas!
