Did you know that you should be storing your olive oil in the refrigerator? Experts recommend keeping larger containers of olive oil in the refrigerator to prevent them from going rancid too soon. It is okay to keep a small container, preferably dark, in a cupboard near the stove for convenience. Remember that heat and light are the enemy of olive oils.
