Krisy's Juicer Recipes

Apple/Carrot Kicker

2 apples
5 or 6 carrots
1/2 to 1 slice of fresh ginger



Healthy Starter

1/2 cucumber
1 large handful of Kale
2 apples
5 or 6 carrots
1/2 sweet potato


 Chunky Funky Monkey
from Jason Vale's 7 lbs in 7 days book

1 banana
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon carob (or cocoa) powder
1 cup vanilla yogurt
6 almonds
4 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy! I will add that if you do not have a high speed blender like a Vitamix or Blendtec, you may want to leave the almonds out, as they will not blend as well. This is a great replacement for the high calorie fatty desserts and is just as satisfying!
