Items Needed
Scrabble tile pieces (purchase at art stores or used ones at a thrift store)
Poster board
Scrapbook paper in Valentine theme

Frame ( Size of your choosing)
Heart cut-outs ( scrapbook embellishments)
Glue

Instructions
Remove Glass from frame
Cut out and glue Valentine scrapbook paper to poster board that is cut to size of frame opening
Arrange scrabble tiles and scrapbook embellishments to your liking then glue them into place
Allow to dry over night
