Treat Your Feet: You and a friend can rejuvenate your feet – give yourselves a pedicure:
Skin softening soak: Ingredients: 1/4 fresh lemon juice, a bit of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/4 water; Method: Mix all the ingredients and soak your feet as long as you like. This foot soak can be done twice a week for maximum effect.
Simple Salt Foot scrub: Ingredients:1 tablespoon of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil; Method: Mix together and scrub feet and calves with small circular movements. Rinse off scrub
