MOMS Daily Back To School TIP
Early to bed, early to rise - Yes, time to begin getting your kids back to bed earlier so when School begins they are already on an early to bed schedule. Begin one or two weeks prior to school beginning by putting them to bed 5 to 10 minutes earlier each night until you have them back on their regular school bed time schedule.
