Ten lucky film goers will have a chance to win one free ticket to the pre-screening debut of the film Standing Ovation, on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 7:30 pm at the AMC Alderwood Mall movie theater complex.

The film is written and directed by Stewart Raffill who sets his film in Atlantic City, where a group of best friends in junior high school form the singing/dancing group, “The 5 Ovations.” They enter a big television music video contest. They are girls that have street smarts and use their wits, courage and passion to create some awesome musical moves. In order to win the contest they must face off against a rival group, “The Wiggies” --five rich, beautiful and scheming sisters delight in mean pranks. These girls will stop at nothing to win. Standing Ovation is a fabulous feel-good music and dance movie with a strong narrative sharing high energy fun, loyalty and perseverance that showcase the importance of friendship and working together while celebrating the meaning of family.
