9 Theme Nights For Summer Express Meal Planning

Kids out of school + Hot summer days = Express Meal Planning

This summer when I sit down to make my weekly or monthly meal plans I will use my new list of 9 theme nights to assist me in creating an express meal plan. Quick and simple.

I will rotate these 9 theme nights over the summer choosing a variety of meals from each theme to feed my family without a lot of work.

You too can create a Summer Express meal plan with these 9 themed nights.

Pasta night – Raviolis, Spaghetti, Lasagna, Pesto sauce, Chicken Fettuccine Alfred, Macaroni and Cheese, Tortellini.
