This is hard. I think most veggies if prepared properly are delicious! My exceptions may be radishes. I don't like the radish - but I do make a fantastic pasta dish with the radish tops (green leafy parts). My husband would like me to stop making bok choy, but I love it in stir-fry.
I'm currently writing a cookbook and so I'm experimenting with lots of vegetables.
