E- Cookie Exhange - Frango Cookies

FRANGO Scrumptious Cookies

Ingredients:

¼ cup brown sugar

½ cup sugar

½ cup shortening

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla

1 1/4 cups flour

¼ tsp. baking soda

1 box FRANGOS any flavor

½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

Cream shortening and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat thoroughly. Add dry ingredients. Fold in cut up Frangos and nuts. Drop from small ice cream scoop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes.
