WIN - 39 Clues Books

My name is Emma, I am 9 years old and I am going to tell you about the 39 Clues book series.

The 39 Clues books are about two children named Amy and Dan who’s family is the most powerful family in the world! People like Mozart and Benjamin Franklin are a part of their family! They go around the world searching for clues for the ultimate prize. You have to get through the books to find out what that is.

There are also game cards in each book so that you can go online to the 39 Clues website and do missions, play games and win prizes! You can also just buy card packs to help you.

I like these books because of the adventure. I like to read at night and I can read them because they exciting but not too scary!

What is 39 Clues?

The 39 Clues is a groundbreaking, multi-dimensional new series aimed at 8–12 year olds.
The program and story span 10 adrenaline-charged books, hundreds of game cards, and an
online game where readers may compete in the hunt for the 39 Clues.

Can kids read the books and not play the online game?

Yes. The books can be read alone as a compelling book series. The mystery of The 39 Clues
will be revealed within the 10 books and readers who aren’t players will find the story line and
the character development very satisfying.

Who is writing the 39 Clues series?

Rick Riordan, #1 New York Times bestselling author of the Percy Jackson and the Olympians
series, kicks off the action with the first book, The Maze of Bones, which introduces the
main characters, sets the tone for the series, and reveals the first big Clue. Riordan has also
authored the 10-book story arc, and created a plot outline for the central mystery.
Next up is bestselling author Gordon Korman for Book 2: One False Note (December 2,
2008); followed by acclaimed author Peter Lerangis for Book 3 (March 2009); New York Times
bestselling author Jude Watson for Book 4 (June 2009); and Patrick Carman, author of the
bestselling Land of Elyon series, for Book 5 (September 2009); and more of today’s top-selling
kids authors will complete the ten book series.
