Mom tested Tips

Meal Time Organization tips from : Mary Herrington

Each Sunday, I sit down and plan out 3 meals per day and 2 snacks. I review the menu with the kids. We move stuff around or delete/add as needed. I then keep a running tally of about 8 menus which we can work with which are favorites.

I also set out for breakfast the night before, with the morning menu written out and placed on the table in a clear plastic picture holder. That way, I am in control of what is served and can moderate the amount of milk which is used in the morning. I rotate eggs, bagels, waffels, hot cereal, cold cereal for school mornings. It helps stretch my food through the week.

See you at 3:00
