WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEX MIX
Submitted by Kara Mcquillan
I have already made two batches of this since Thanksgiving and it disappears like crazy. My son Declan informed me "Mommy, this is the BEST!"
Ingredients
4 cups corn or rice chex cereal
4 cups mini twist pretzels
2 cups salted cocktail peanuts
1 bag plain M&Ms
1 bag peanut M&Ms
Toss the above ingredients together before coating in the melted chocolate
2 bags white chocolate chips
2 T vegetable oil
put chips and oil in microwave safe bowl. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir and continue to cook for 30 second increments until smooth, stiring after each increment.
Pour over dry ingredients and stir gently (otherwise you will crush chex and pretzels). Turn out onto large sheet of waxed paper. Let set for 30 minutes. Break into chunks and enjoy!!

Danielle’s Yummy Treat
